MALMö

The Malmö is a (recreational) home that can be used all year round. The Malmö consists of 1 ready-made module and is equipped with a steel frame, gable roof, high RC values, HR+++ glass, and the highest quality building materials such as thermally treated wood, which makes the Malmö maintenance-free. The Malmö has 2 possible layouts; 1 with the bathroom and kitchen located in the middle of the house and separates the bedroom from the living space by a corridor for more privacy. The other variant has the bathroom and kitchen on one side so that the bedroom is directly connected to the living room. This last layout offers a larger living space and more usable m2. Both options are equipped with a loft above the bathroom to comfortably accommodate two additional people or for extra storage space.
